| Tonight the hubs and I had a delicioso filet mignon dinner at Christopher's in Salt Lake. |

| The interior is beautiful. They're in a new location on Pierpont Ave that was originally Bacci Italian Restaurant. |

| Then it was Ruth's Chris. They invested quite a bit of moolah to renovate the place and add all of this incredible woodwork and lighting. |

| Then it was taken over by Donovan's, of Chicago. They had a fabulous Happy Hour w/live music & fantastic appetizers!! |

| This was tonight's dessert, yummy bread pudding (my fav!) w/vanilla bean bourbon sauce. I thought the fresh orchid was an extra nice touch. |
